LIGA International (The Flying Doctors of Mercy) is a non-profit organization that provides free health care and education to the people of Sinaloa Mexico, since 1934. LIGA Pilots are a critical to the completion of our mission. Our Pilots and their planes allow LIGA to transport the Medical Staff and support Volunteers to our clinic in Sinaloa Mexico in a timely manner. Without you we would not be able to provide these services on a monthly basis.

We provide an opportunity for our LIGA Medical Staff Volunteers to safely fly into Mexico in a coordinated group, to some unique destinations and spend quality time with like minded Pilots and Medical Volunteers. We fly to 3 clinic locations in Mexico and also organize several day trips for our volunteers (Copper Canyon, Baja Whales Trip etc). You are about to embark on some important and rewarding work. We want you to feel fully prepared for your journey to Mexico and have compiled this information to assist you. After reviewing this material, we also recommend that you speak with an experienced LIGA Medical Staff to gain a further understanding of, and preparation for, your initial trip to Mexico with LIGA.
